Nigerians set to leave Greek club

Nigerian duo John Ibeh and Chigozie Udoji are expected to leave Greek side Aris Thessaloniki over unpaid wages, according to local media.
Greek website sport.gr informed today that Nigerian players are set to invoke FIFA's Article 14 - 'Terminating a contract with just cause' and leave Greek club for free.

Reportedly the duo are owed about 20,000 and 27,000 euros and already contacted Greek FA to terminate their contracts.

Aris have been in bad shape since the beginning of the season, and three-time Greek champions are currently in the last, 18th place in Greek Super League.

The financial situation in club is so insecure, that there are rumours saying that they may not finish the ongoing season.
