Dolphins, Wolves Face Tunisian And Ethiopian Clubs

As Nigerian clubs playing on the continent target a group stage appearance, the first hurdle has been crossed yet the battle seem to have just started.
 
Dolphins FC, who survived a preliminary exit scare on Saturday against Equatorial Guinean team, Leones Vegetarianos FC, will face a tough challenge against Tunisian club Club Africain while Warri Wolves who did a double over RC Bobo Dioulass of Burkina Faso will face Ethiopian side, Dedebit SC.
 
No Nigerian club has played in the CAF Confederation Cup group stage since 2012 when Sunshine Stars of Akure got to the semi final.
 
Warri Wolves Ethiopian opponent, Dedebit SC have appeared twice in the CAF Confederation Cup in 2011 and 2013 but didn't go past the first round on both occasion but they've won the Ethiopian League once and Ethiopian Cup twice.
 
2014 Federation Cup finalist, Dolphins FC will face Club Africain of Tunisia who were runners up in this competition in 2011.
 
The first leg of CAF Confederation Cup first leg first round will take place in the weekend of 13-15th of March 2015 while the second leg comes up in the weekend of 3-5th of April 2015.
