Nigeria international Emem Eduok notched a brace as Tunisian Ligue 1 contenders Esperance Sportive De Tunis came-from-behind to record a 3-1 win over Marsa at the Stade Olympique d'El Menzah on Thursday.
The 25-time Ligue 1 winners, who defeated Cosmos de Bafia 1-0 last weekend in the CAF Champions League, were stunned by an early goal from the away side’s Maher Abidi after 17 minutes.
But Eduok, who had netted one league goal before the match day 21 encounter, struck two goals to give his side all three points from the match.
The former Dolphins FC striker scored his first goal in the 45th minute to level the score and scored his 3rd league goal of the season with a 90th minute effort, before Ahmed Akaichi completed the comeback at injury time.
Esperance are three points below league leaders Club Africain with 40 points.
