FA Boss Tips Supreme Court FC For Premier League

Ahead of 2014/15 Nigeria National league football season, Chairman of Federal Capital Territory, FCT Football Association, Alhaji Musa Talle has expressed strong confidence on the ability of Supreme Court FC to book a place in the Nigeria Professional Football League.


Despite trailing FRSC FC 5-4 on penalties during the final of the just concluded Pre-season Tournament put together by Nigeria Football Coaches Association, NFCA, FCT Chapter, Alhaji Talle maintained that Supreme Court team were superb while calling on the team’s technical crew to keep up the good work.

The FCT FA boss who observed that Abuja Fans have been yearning for the return of Premier League action assured of his Board’s continuous support to all FCT Clubs currently plying their trade in NNL.

According to Alhaji Talle who was re-elected as the Numero Uno of FCT FA affirmed“I’m very impressed with the performance of Players in the Supreme Court FC. They are very good side judging by they displayed in the final of this competition.

“They were only unlucky not to have won the tournament; otherwise they are a fantastic side who could give any team a run for their money. All they need now is to remain focused and committed when the new season kicks off by next month."

On his part, Apex Boys General Manger Tolulope Oguntimehin showered encomiums on his wards and tasked them to keep up the good work adding “The Club management will do all it can to reward your effort. Don’t fail to do all you can to lift FA Cup trophy so that you will play at the national federation Cup.

And after putting up the best player of the tournament performance, Supreme Court Striker Peter Michael was the only player who bagged prestigious highest goal scorer award after netting a total of eight goals in six matches throughout the competition.
