Fanny Amun: Fans Need To Be Patient With Eagles

Ahead of the friendly game on the 29th, former scribe of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Fanny Amun waxed lyrical, displaying his poetic ingenuity as he described the situation and conditions for the revival of the Super Eagles.

In a chat with www.footballlive.ng Amun counselled the fans on the need to be patient with the current Eagles squad as they pass through this difficult refining process and building for the future. The 1993 FIFA Cadet World Cup-winning coach suggests it might take some time before the team hits killer mode once again, but also restated with confidence that the team is on course.

”I don’t think it’s the time to apportion blames to anybody.

”At the end there was a deficiency that needs urgency in efficiency now and that’s how I see the present and future status of the Eagles,” Amun said.
