Sam Nchekwube Obinna, the brother of John Obi Mikel, is staying with
the Chelsea midfielder at the same hotel, where the Super Eagles are
lodging.
Usually, he offers his support by accompanying the Nigeria international on national team assignments and Chelsea's away matches.
But unlike his popular brother, Obinna is anonymous,as he can easily walk around the Vitoria Hotel Concept and go for shopping without being besieged by adoring fans.
''We can go far. I think the team is good and confident after the Africa Cup and there is no favouritism.”
''It's a football game, 90 minutes, we are able to do well in this World Cup, even pull a surprise against Argentina, everyone tips as favourite,'' Sam Nchekwube Obinna told GloboEsporte.com.
He continued: ''I live with him in London and I travel a lot with it. We go to Chelsea games away from home, traveling the whole of Europe.”
''I was with the Nigeria team at the African Nations Cup and now I'm at the World Cup in Brazil. I'm really enjoying the country.''
The Super Eagles will leave Campinas for Cuiabá on Saturday morning with an extra baggage, Sam Nchekwube Obinna.
