Despite the goalless draw against Iran in his World Cup baptism as
manager, Stephen Keshi is brimming with confidence ahead of the
important game with Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday.
Going into the fixture at Arena Pantanal, the Super Eagles are in
a tight corner, and in reality their World Cup party will be all but
over if they lose against the Europeans and Argentina win the other
group game against Iran.
''Yes, we are confident. I know I talked to my players and I know we will come out winners.
''Bosnia is a tough opponent, has a good offense, but I'm sure we will have a good game and win.
''We have a passion for playing football. Our mood is very good,
we are passionate about the World Cup and that's how we're going to the
end,'' the Nigeria coach said.
Nigeria had a training session at Federal University of Mato
Grosso on Thursday evening as they continue preparations for the game
with Bosnia.
