Lobi Rampant Over Nasarawa In Warm Up Match

Lobi Stars wrapped up an easy 3-0 in a friendly game against Nasarawa United on Friday at the Apa Aku Stadium in Makurdi.


The match played under the watchful eyes of new Lobi Stars head coach Justin Tenger was a one-sided affair.

Edward Okoyah gave Lobi Stars the lead in the 25th minute after excellent work by his team mates.

The second goal came three minutes later through the scoring boot of Collins Obioma Arinze.

John Paul scored midway into the second half to seal the win for Lobi Stars who will open their Nigeria Professional Football League campaign against Bayelsa United, while Nasarawa United have a big tie against Elkanemi Warriors.
