Super Eagles goalkeeper extends Be'er Sheva contract

Austin Ejide will remain in Israel at least until the end of next season, specifically June 30,2015.

The former Gabros International FC and Etoile Du Sahel custodian signed a two-year contract with Hapoel Beer Sheva in the summer of 2012.

The Israeli Premier League club unilaterally stated that it has the right to extend his stay for an additional season should he feature in at least 70 percent of the team's matches this season.

From a possible 27 games, the Nigeria international has been in goal 26 times, missing only the State Cup clash at home to Maccabi Shaarayim late January.

The leadership of Hapoel Be'er Sheva has activated the clause in his contract by automatically extending his contract.
