Tobore, a key member of Delta State 2012 National Sports Festival Bronze winning team was on a 4-week trial at the oil rich region and was successful as he was offered a three-year deal from Dynamites Force of Benin City.
An official of the Ghana Premier League told a reliable source that the club was pleased to have secured the services of the Al-Quaid man.
''We are delighted to bring him here," he said. "He is a young player who we followed during his days in Nigeria. We were unlucky to miss out on him.
"The boy is full of quality. I'll put my neck on the line and say that the boy will be a well celebrated player for many years. I'm sure he'll be a great asset and hopefully push us towards what hopefully would be a great end to the season,'' the official added.
The player said he was equally pleased with the move saying: "Happy to say that I'm going on loan to All Stars and be part of the team. Hope to win many games and begin a new life with Al-Quaid in Qatar."
