NNL Week 7 Preview

It looks like the teams who mean business are focused on their set target. Wiki Tourist of Bauchi who spent just three seasons in the Nigeria Premier League after gaining promotion in 2011 have a chance to maintain their two points gap at the top of Pool A log this weekend when they host TEAP FC of Abuja who are just a step above the red zone in Pool A.

Wiki Tourist chairman, Suliaman Chindo stated in a chat a top source that his team is charged to go back to the elite division where they belong.

"We are motivated to meet our target not just by talking but by getting the required result. We want to be very consistent and we aren't ready to leave the top spot for any reason. For us to a hive that then we must give our best in every match, home or away," Chindo said confidently.

Still in Pool A, Mighty Jet and Plateau United representing Jos will host DSS of Kaduna and Supreme Court of Abuja respectively while ambitious Kogi United will travel to Abuja to keep a date with Nigeria Prison.

In Pool B, MFM, the away specialist will travel to Ede to face Prime FC of Osogbo at their adopted home ground at the Federal Polytechnic Ede Stadium Complex while COD United of Lagos will do everything possible to make sure Akwa Starlet goes back home with nothing.
