After dominating possession in the first half,Bayelsa United created
few goal scoring chances and the visitors How Mine FC were resolute in
defence restricting them to speculative efforts from range and timely
interceptions and blocks to end the first half 0-0.
Bayelsa United who needed a goal to qualify after losing the first leg
2-1 away in Harare,finally got the goal their play deserved in the 54
minutes through Buhari Jaffar who finished expertly after some good work
from the midfield.
