“I learnt from fans here in Lafia that it is a version of some of the tough derbies in Europe,” the former Spain based goalie told a reliable source.
“As a young boy I grew up following matches like Enyimba International vs Enugu Rangers, Kano Pillars vs Elkanemi Warriors and Shooting Stars vs Kwara United.
“Obinna Nwaneri, Dele Aiyenugba, Ajibade Omolade, Ebele Obi, Yomi Adigun, Lukman Ijaya and co were great players I cherished so much then.
“I am eagerly awaiting the trip to Jalingo. We know we have a better squad than FC Taraba and am confident we will get a good result,” the ex-Shooting Stars SC goal tender said.
