According to the supremo of the body, Alhaji Ahmed Muazu Kawu, the initiative would be a life-changing opportunity that would motivate the players.
“We have secured the partnership with NTA Sports 24. This is our starting point in the quest to take the NNWL to a higher level.
“There are so many developments that will follow, but we feel it's better to keep them under wraps for now,” said the former Special Adviser on Sports to Kano State Governor.
He further said that league body is working to put machinery in motion to commence a weekly newslaetter strictly for the NNWL which would be circulated throughout the country.
However, the NNWL warned the clubs to adhere strictly by the rules guiding the league, warning the clubs found wanting would be heavily sanctioned.
