Nigerian representatives gets opponents in CAF competitions


Nigeria teams campaigning for Continental honours in this year CAF competitions have all been handed opponents in the next round of their various tournament.


In the CAF Confederation cup, Warri Wolves and Bayelsa United who drew bye in the first round will be in action on the weekend of March 1 and 3 2014.

Warri Wolves will start their campaign away in Cameroun against Union Doula who knocked out Aslad Moundou of Chad in the previous rounds.

While Bayelsa United will trade tackles with Konzo of Congo who in the previous round knocked out Young Sport of Tanzania,with the first leg away in Congo.

In the CAF champions league,Enyimba's reward for triumphing over Ange De Noste of Togo is a tie with Malian side AS Real Bamako with the first leg schedule to take place in Aba.

Nigeria had two teams in the CAF confederations cup, Bayelsa United and Warri Wolves while in the CAF champions League Kano Pillars were sent packing by AS Vita of the DRC leaving Enyimba FC as Nigeria sole representative in Africa's premier cup competition.
