Enyimba can march on- Ezeugo

Emeka Ezeugo believes that despite a home loss to AS Real Bamako, Enyimba International Football Club have what it takes to qualify at the expense of the hosts.

The loss to the Malian side was a big disappointment for all Nigerians as Enyimba is the last team that guards the nation's pride in the CAF Champions League. Enyimba must score at least two goals on an away game to think about the next round of the CAF biggest club competition.

“The result Enyimba got against the Malian club was embarrassing judging by the standard of Nigerian football in Africa, but this does not imply that the team should lose hope of playing in the final of the CAF championship.

‘‘The boys need to work hard and go all out to beat their opponents in the second leg. Enyimba has the pedigree to win the second tie.  The players were not coordinated  in the first leg because they have not been playing regularly due to the break in the Nigerian league.
