NFF Gives Giwa and Nembe Conditions For Re-Admission


The Nigeria Football Federation Emergency Committee set up to look into Giwa and Nembe City's appeal to be re-admitted into the NPFL says they must within the next 7 days fulfill the following conditions before they can be re-admitted into the NPL, the conditions are as listed below.


1. Giwa and Nembe to present a letter of allegiance to the LMC in accordance with the approved format.

2. Giwa and Nembe to present a Stadium to be inspected and approved by the LMC.

3. Giwa and Nembe to provide a detailed medical profile of all players in the two teams, in line with the approved medical forms.

4. Giwa and Nembe to discontinue all matters and litigations in court.

Failure to fulfil these conditions listed above automatically bars Nembe and Giwa from the 2013/2014 Nigeria Professional Football League season.

The NFF Emergency Committee also ruled that Nembe and Giwa must meet with other general requirements for registration for the 2013/2014 on or before 24th June.

Consequent upon meeting the four conditions, the LMC is directed to admit Giwa and Nembe into d NPFL season commencing from their fixtures in Week 4.

Failure by Nembe and Giwa means both clubs will be subjected to penalty of deduction of nine (9) points.
