Colombia U17 women vs Nigeria U17 women ( Halftime Summary)

The South Americans took a shock 3rd minute lead through Angie Rodriguez at the Alajuela Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto.
Nigeria dominated the opening exchanges in the first half, with Joy Bokiri pulling the strings for the Flamingoes. The Bayelsa Queens midfielder was rewarded as she fired a brilliant freekick to level the game for the Africans in the 26th minute. The first half ended 1-1.
Colombia on the other hand were quite happy to sit back and soak up the pressure, with hope of getting something on the counter.
The Nigerians are struggling at the back with marking from the zone a problem they are yet to fix. For observers and the neutrals it's a game full of the needed attacking flair.
