Onuoha: QPR Won't Go Down

Anglo-Nigerian defender Nedum Onuoha has expressed confidence that his team, Queens Park Rangers will beat the drop from the English Premier League at the end of the season.

“This is a hard period, but it helps us to have a manager (Harry Redknapp) who has been through it so many times,” Onuoha said.

“He has seen the highlights and the lowlights. Hopefully, he is the type of person who can guide us through this with his experience because he has certainly seen one or two of them (relegation battles),” he noted.

Meanwhile, Onuoha lasted the entire duration as QPR lost 2-1 to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Boxing Day.
