The management of the Minna based team are in the market for a new trainer with the contract of Godwin Uwua not renewed at the end of the 2013/14 Nigeria National League season.
Tornadoes failed to gain promotion back to the Nigeria Professional League at the second time of asking, after their relegation in 2012.
Ogbe has a track record as one of Nigeria's best tacticians. He has managed Tornadoes in the past.
He has also tutored teams like defunct Nigerdock, Plateau United, Adamawa United, JUTH FC, Kwara United, Akwa United and Enyimba International amongst others.
The Benue State-born coach worked at Mighty Jets last season, before the two parties parted ways.
