Ikande: I Remain Loyal To Hapoel Tel Aviv

The transfer saga involving Harmony Ikande has taken another twist, with the central midfielder pledging his loyalty to Hapoel Tel Aviv.

It had earlier been reported that Ikande wanted to severe ties with The Reds in the January transfer window after falling out of favour with manager Asi Domb.

According to one.co.il, Ikande has started singing a different tune, saying he has a contract which he hopes to see out, the same position the club took, albeit officially.

I am pleased and proud to be a player for Hapoel Tel Aviv. I am not responsible for all the things said in my name,” Harmony Ikande stressed.

The player has contractual obligations with Hapoel Tel Aviv until the end of this season.

Nigeria international Benjamin Francis was shown the exit door by the club at the end of November.
