Nigerian born striker Rubin Okotie is being targetted by German Bundesliga team Werder Bremen, according to the local press in Austria.
Okotie's twelve goals in the second tier division in Germany for 1860 Munich is starting to yield rewards.
Struggling Bremen are in the market for offensive reinforcements, and have beamed their searchlight on the Austrian international.
Under contract with 1860 Munich until the summer of 2016, it is assumed that the Bundesliga 2 side will agree to do business with the Bundesliga 1 team if they meet his €3m market value.
After spending two years in the international wilderness, Okotie was recalled to the Austrian squad for their game with Sweden last September.
Overall, he scored 23 goals in 32 matches this calender year for SønderjyskE and 1860 Munich
