The striker has been linked on and off with the Rossoneri in recent months and heading into the January market, is speculated once more as a target, by the Gazzetta dello Sport.
It is reported that whilst the 25-year-old remains reluctant to renew his current contract with Samp, Milan are monitoring his situation and would be ready to try for a last-minute bid in the winter transfer window.
