Mbakogu Continues Rich Form In Italy

Jerry Mbakogu netted for the third game in a row as Carpi thrashed Perugia 4 - 0 in the Serie B on Wednesday evening.

The young Nigerian hit target in the 52nd minute at the Stadio Sandro Cabassi to take his tally for the season to 11 goals.

Prior to today’s encounter, he had scored in the games against Modena and Bari.

Mbakogu was earlier linked with a departure from Carpi in the winter market.
