Abia
Warriors goalkeeper Emmanuel Fabiyi wants to keep a clean sheet when
the Umuahia side clash with Kaduna United in a Globacom Nigeria Premier
League week 1 match on 24th February.
The former Bayelsa United custodian said that he is looking to do well in his first of the new campaign for Warriors.
He said: "For every goalkeeper, keeping a clean sheet is massive and I want to keep as many as I can.
"I want to improve my number from last season and I'm looking forward to keeping my first clean sheet of the season.
"I want 20, maybe, and if we manage to keep 11 players on the pitch in every game, that's a realistic target for me.
"It's a long season and I'm confident that we can have a good season because I believe in this team.
"I believe in the coaching staff because every day they're trying to improve us. I believe that we will be competitive and do really well."
