We have the money to lure Messi- PSG

Paris Saint-Germain president Sheikh Nasser Al-Khelaifi has sensationally stated that he might try to sign Barcelona's Lionel Messi if the La Liga giants continue their interest in Thiago Silva, according to reports in France.

Barcelona have been linked with the Brazil international in recent weeks with the Catalan giants rumoured to be prepared to meet the 28-year-old's buy-out clause.

But PSG's president warned that should a bid materialise from the Spanish champions, then the French club have power to meet Meesi's buyout clause, which would cost French Champions 250 million euros.
