Old Trafford giants ready to make third bid for Fabregas

Reports in England today are that Manchester United are preparing to make a third bid to sign Barcelona’s Cesc Fabregas this summer.

The Red Devils have so far seen bids of around €30m and €40m reportedly turned down by the Catalans, who are seen as intent on keeping hold of the 26-year-old.

Following on from reports that the player and his agent have both recently informed Barca of his intention to stay, it was suggested that United had moved their attention to Real Madrid’s Luka Modric.

David Moyes’ side are going to launch a third bid for Fabregas.

The English publication suggest that the Premier League side’s initial bids were closer to £26m and £30m respectively and that this next offer will meet the £35m, €40m mark.
