English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed the signing of FC Twente winger Nacer Chadli for a reported 7 million pounds subject to a medical according to reports in England.
The 23-year-old has flown to London to discuss personal terms and undergo a medical with the White Hart Lane staff before jetting out to join his new team-mates in Hong Kong for pre-season training.
A Tottenham statement on their official website read: "We are delighted to announce that we have reached agreement with FC Twente for the transfer of Nacer Chadli."
Chadli is seen as replacement for Garaeth Bale who might leave the London club for Real Madrid or Manchester United.
