Xabi Alonso believes that Real Sociedad youngster Asier Illaramendi will be a superb signing for Real Madrid.

And the former Liverpool man is confident that the 23-year-old will be a success at Santiago Bernabeu.
“He’s a good player who would be an excellent addition at Real Madrid,” he said.
“But I prefer not to say anything more.”
