Flying Eagles Starters Vs Small Leopards

Musa Mohammed will lead the Flying Eagles against the Small Leopards of Congo in their crucial Group A match at at the Stade Leopold Senghor on today at 5:30pm Nigerian Time.


Nigeria coach Manu Garba has deployed a 4-3-3 formation against the well-organised Congo team.

Zaharadeen Bello and Izuchukwu Omego will play as centre-backs while Musa Mohammed and Mustapha Abdullahi will operate as right and left-backs respectively.

Ifeanyi Ifeanyi, Idowu Akinjide and Ifeanyi Matthew and will protect the Flying Eagles defence in a three-man pivot.

Taiwo Awoniyi will lead the line for Nigeria and will be ably supported by Chidera Ezeh and Bernard Bulbwa.
