Club media aide, Biyi Akinnodi, said new experience signings have team up with the retained players from the squad that finished 3th in the 2013/14 campaign and second in the Women Federation Cup.
He said the aim is part of the management efforts to re-organise the club ahead of the upcoming NWPL season, which is expected to be abridged.
He explained that the President of the club, Akin Akinbobola who is also the Chairman of the State Football Agency (ODSFA) have met the technical crew to ensure that the team have the best outing in the upcoming season.
"We are seriously working and preparing for the new season, because we want to be very competitive. We have added some quality players ahead of the new challenge.
"With God on our side Sunshine Queens hope for a more fruitful and better Nigeria Women Premier League season with good officiating.
"We're ready and prepared for any opponents this season", he concluded.
According to the board, actions are expected in the female league across Nigeria on May 2, 2015.
