Kogi United held FRSC FC to a thrilling 1-1 draw in their latest friendly match in Abuja on Saturday.
The Wada Boys put in a much improved display despite the 62nd minute marching orders to Babangida Chindo.
It was a match that put both sides in shape for the 2014/15 Nigeria National League season which will get underway by 2nd May 2015.
The friendly played at the Area 3 Pitch was the second in six days by both sides- as the first game ended two-all in Lokoja.
Midfielder Austin Bentu put FRSC ahead from the penalty spot in the 18th minute.
But Obinna Martins equalized for Kogi United to earn the share of the spoils for his side.
Kogi United will clash with arch-rivals FC Lokoja on Wednesday 29th April, before they host Spotlight FC in the match day one of the NNL next weekend in Lokoja.
