Super Falcons head coach Edwin Okon has stated that there is no cause
for alarm over captain and midfielder, Evelyn Nwabuoku's choice of BIIK
Kazygurt.
The former Bayelsa Queens star inked a one year deal with the Shymkent-based top flight side.
Okon said he is hopeful that the mercurial midfielder will further improve by the time she comes back for the side's crucial assignments.
“I'm positive she will remain in shape by the time she returns for the two-legged Olympics qualifiers against Mali as well as the World Cup finals in Canada.
“She is due back home on 2nd May for the Olympic Games qualification first leg matcht against Mali on 9th May.
“We have equally obtained the approval of her manager that once she comes back for the Qualifying matches she will stay back with the national team until after the World Cup.
