Fidelis Ilechukwu: We fear no big names

Mountain Of Fire FC picked important points on the road in the 2012/2013 Nigeria National League campaign. They are leaving no stone unturned in the quest to keep tongues wagging with their usual fluid and tactical approach.

The Fidelis Ilechukwu-tutored team won the Lagos International Cup, dismissing Dragons FC of Benin Republic 2-1 in the final.

In his words, his boys respect but don't fear names, despite the presence of Shooting Stars SC, UNICEM Rovers and two local rivals, C.O.D United and Union Bank FC.

"We only show respect to our opponents, but forget that when we are on the pitch. This was noticed while we were trailing Dragons in the Lagos International Cup, he told futbalgalore.blogspot.com.

"As well as preaching the epistle of Jesus Christ, we teach our boys the 3 D's P of life, which are Dedication, Discipline, Determination and Patience.

MFM FC performed well in the second round of the previous season, and they are seen as threats to the promotion hopes of Shooting Stars SC, C.O.D United and UNICEM Rovers.
