Super Eagles star, Kalu Uche helped El Jaish beat Lekwhiya 1-0 in the Qatar Stars League on Friday evening and moved them to first place in the table.
El Jaish played confidently in midfield and created few chances, but couldn't convert their chances into goal in the first half.
After the break, both teams looked more composed and developed better attacks but for the opening goal, the visitors had to wait till the 63rd minute. Kalu Uche fired the ball from outside the penalty area and scored the solitary strike of the match.
El Jaish are on 1st place in the Qatar Stars League log with 15 points after 7 games.
