Kehinde Fatai showed the fans of Astra Giurgiu what they have been missing in his absence, as his brace helped them draw 2-2 with Concordia Chiajna.
Despite seeing his side drop two points from a game they could easily have picked all three, Fatai will be pleased to be back among the goals in his first start in 2015.
In a game settled by a brace apiece for Kayode and Wellington Carlos of Concordia it was the Nigerian who drew first blood in the 39th minute.
Wellington restored parity for Conccordia with 15 minutes left to play but Fatai thought he won the game for his team with a goal in the first minute of time added on.
However, Wellington ensured Concordia got a well deserved point, as he struck in the final minute of time added on.
Fatai's last goal was in the Europa League against Lyon on 21 August 2014 in a shock 2-1 win away at the home of the French giants.
In the Romania league he now has five goals from the eight games he has played so far, no thanks to injuries that has kept him out since the ending of last year.
