Abwo Crash With Giresunspor

Solomon Abwo was a second half substitute as Giresunspor crashed 2-1 at home to Cizrespor in a Turkish Cup game played on Wednesday.

The lunch time match saw the away side netting two first half goals through Hakan Dogan and Murat Yilmaz.

In a bid to add more variation to the attack, the tricky Abwo was introduced as a 47th minute entrant. He replaced the ineffective Mustafa Demirhan.

The former Flying Eagles winger, who was on target for his team during the weekend was full of running and fired blanks.

Ugur Aktas netted what turned out to be a consolation for Giresunspor in the 90th minute of action
