Egypt Premier League club, Smouha Sports Club have reached an agreement in principle to sign Barnabas Imenger.
Imenger, 23, has already agreed personal terms with the North African side, and is set to pen a 36-month deal, subject to a medical.
Nigeria Professional Football League outfit, Lobi Stars will agree to terminate the contract of the skillful forward before its expiration.
Reports confirms they will be paid a small compensation by Smouha.
Imenger, who netted a goal for Nigeria at the 2014 African Nations Championship in South Africa will not be subjected to trials before sealing his move to The Blue Wave.
Smouha, who had Meshack Chukwubuikem on their books in the past, will represent Egypt in the 2015 CAF Champions League, having finished in second in the 2013/14 EPL campaign.
