Emem Eduok has admitted that he had mixed feelings after netting on his
debut for Tunisia powerhouse Esperance in a scrimmage on Saturday.
The Tunisia powerhouse lost 5 - 2 to Al Ittihad of Libya, with the
Nigeria B international involved in the two goals scored by the Blood
and Gold.
It took Emem Eduok 71 minutes to open his goalscoring account for
Esperance, albeit in an unofficial game, before laying on an assist for
Kamergi six minutes from time.
''Al Ittihad were very good and strong. I felt bad after the game because we lost,'' said Emem Eduok to SL10.ng.
''But on the other side, I am happy because I scored and assisted the other goal.''
Emem Eduok was unveiled by Esperance this past week, and this may imply
that the Nigeria Football Federation have sent his International
Transfer Certificate to their Tunisian counterparts.
The 21-year-old has signed a three-and-a-half year contract with the capital outfit.
