Marshal Odah scored the winner against Abia Warriors as he helped
Enugu Rangers seal a hard fought 2-1 Nigeria Premier League victory at
the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium.
Meshack Chukwubuikem gave the Flying Antelopes the lead when he turned home the ball in the 24th minute of the Oriental Derby.
Rangers' goal was just a minute old, when Bishop Onyeudo put Warriors on level terms in the 25th minute. He pounced on a rear defensive mix-up in the homers set-up to slot in the equaliser.
The Enugu Boys piled more the pressure on their opponents. Obinna Nwobodo missed a glorious chance to score. Goalkeeper Joseph Onuoha made good saves too, but his stops could not prevent a defeat.
The visitors had earned more points on their travels than at home this season and Ladan Bosso's side had the better of rare first half goal-scoring opportunities.
