Vincent Enyeama (Lille, France)
Had a good game as he frustrated Marseille with his amazing reflexes
and super skills on multiple occasions. It was his 21st clean sheet of
the season.
Godfrey Oboabona (Rizespor, Turkey)
Opened the goal rush with a well
taken effort but most importantly the Konyaspor attackers were found
wanting all game long thanks to the solid display of the Super Eagles
defender.
Nnamso Edo (Akwa United, Nigeria)
The dead ball guru had a good showing where he kept the Kano Pillars
forwards at bay to help his team to a much needed three points. He
delivered his usual recipe in the 60th minute, an effort which turned
out to be the winning goal. Star of the week.
Nedum Onuoha (QPR, England)
The Nigerian owned the defence and nullified the danger of Watford
attackers, always pushing forward when possible and showing great
understanding at the back.
Azubuike Egwuekwe (Warri Wolves, Nigeria)
Never tires or stops running as he is known for. The big man was
comfortable dealing with Osaghona Ighodaro, Meschack Chukwubuikem and
Christian Obiozor on Saturday.
Ibrahim Akide (Giwa FC, Nigeria)
He was in great form on match day 7 as his team relied on him as regards the dirty jobs in the one-nil win at FC Taraba.
Rilwan Hassan (FC Midtjylland, Denmark)
Don't ever doubt the Maestro when he is at his best element. He took
control of Viborg's midfield and his sweet passes were flying right and
left. He helped to set up the 2nd and 3rd goal of the match.
Obafemi Martins (Seattle Sounders, USA)
One of the Nigerian striker's best performance in the MLS, tormented
Chivas defence line and was eventually rewarded with a goal in the
second half.
Christian Pyagbara (Sharks FC, Nigeria)
Whether on the right or the
left, it doesn't matter for the Rivers-bred winger, terrorized the
Nasarawa United defenders all game long and scored a spectacular
screamer in the two-nil win.
Brown Ideye (Dynamo Kiev, Ukraine)
The Super Eagles striker finally scored his first league goal of 2014
in Dynamo Kiev's 2-1 win over Vorskla Poltava on match day 26 of the
Ukrainian Premier League. His skills and incisive runs were crucial.
Rubin Okotie (SoenderjyskE, Denmark)
Scored a double, the second an amazing bullet. Two goals from Rubin
Okotie ensured that SoenderjyskE eliminated FC Nordsjaelland 3-1 at the
Haderslev Stadion.
