Lafia: The saviour resigns, what next?

Former Sunshine Stars and Enyimba International Football Club gaffer, Kadiri Ikhana fulfilled his rescue mission as he saved Nasarawa United from relegation by winning against Heartland FC on Sunday.

The adventure was a fruitful one as he was a success in the quest, after taking over when the team were at the ffot of the log.

The Edo-born tactician deserves to be called the "Special One" of Nigerian soccer, with another landmark on his cabinet.

Also, former Kano Pillars star, Victor Namo became a top goalscorer of the league. This achievement can help him to play in Super Eagles shirt against Jordan.

He is certain to be wanted by top clubs in Nigeria, as Rangers tactician, Okey Emordi also resigned and a move to Enugu shouldn't be ruled out.

For Coach Ikhana it is time to take some rest. Maybe a new rescue mission will wait for him next season?
