Igboun's opener turns out to be consolation for Midtjylland
FC Midtjylland and Nigerian forward Sylvester Igboun scored his first league goal in five matches, but his team lost 1-2 to FC Nordsjælland.
Igboun gave Midtjylland the lead in the 25th minute, but two goals by the hosts ensured they earned three full points at Farum Park.
The loss extended Midtjylland's winless run in the league to five matches.
Midtjylland still lead the Danish Superligaen log with 24 points from 13 matches.
Rilwan Hassan was a second half substitute in place of Jeffe Courth in the 61st minute, with Izunna Uzochukwu lasting the entire match duration.
Igboun is his club's top-scorer with 6 goals in as many matches.
