Super Eagles striker heaves a sigh of relief with crucial league strike

Super Eagles striker Emmanuel Emenike scored his first goal in Turkish Super Lig for Fenerbahce Istanbul.

The Nigerian star settled the score at 2-1 for The Canaries in the stoppage time.

It is not a secret that Emenike is facing problems in Turkey. He is not a starting eleven player and until today he hasn't scored a goal for Fenerbahce.

He netted a crucial goal for Yellow Navy Blues in the stoppage time to hand them 3 points. Fenerbahce was leading after Moussa Sow broke the deadlock in 9th minute, but Azofeifa equalized for Kayseri.

Finally when everybody was thinking that game is going to end up with a draw, Emenike's header gave victory to Fenerbahce. It was 95th minute on the clock.

Fenerbahce are Turkish Super Lig leaders with 19 points after 8 games.

Emenike didn't play from the first whistle. He was introduced to the pitch in 77th minute for Belozoglu, but this decision paid up to the coach Ersun Yanal.
