Super Eagles Starting Line Up Against Chad: Madu, Ekong, Esiti Handed Debuts

Stephen Okechukwu Keshi has handed Kingsley Madu, Williams Troost-Ekong and Anderson Esiti starting roles for Nigeria's qualifying campaign for the AFCON 2017 on Saturday when they host northeastern neighbours Chad in a first-ever clash at full international level.



The trio will make their full international debuts as the Super Eagles begin their qualifying campaign at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna. The match will get underway by 4pm Nig Time.

Captain Vincent Enyeama starts in goal, while Kingsley Madu is included in the defensive unit which is made up of Kenneth Omeruo, Williams Troost-Ekong and Leon Balogun.

Anderson Esiti, another debutant gets to play in midfield alongside Ogenyi Onazi and Michael Babatunde.

Aaron Samuel will lead the attack, with the duo of Ahmed Musa and Gbolahan Salami supporting him.

Eagles are upbeat of winning this match in style as they hope to win back the confidence of the public after they failed to qualify for AFCON 2015 in Equatorial Guinea.
