Confluence Queens Humbles Spotlight Queens

Goals from Augustine Mary and Mariam Aluko handed Confluence Queens a 2-0 win over Spotlight Queens on Wednesday at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium Training Pitch in Kaduna.  

The game which served as a warm up for the two sides in their respective assignments was dominated  by the Wada Queens.

With the first half looking like ending in a 0-0 draw, midfielder Augustine Mary coolly converted from close raw he, before Mariam Aluko made the game safe for the Lokoja-based side with the second goal from the penalty spot.
