Akhilomhen Ernest Handed Dream Team Call Up

FC Avangard Kursk defensive midfielder Akhilomhen Ernest has earned a call-up into Nigeria’s Under-23 team ahead of the 2016 Olympic Games qualifier against Congo.


The enforcer delighted the crowd in the third-tier division of the Russian league with breathtaking prowess last season.

The Ernest had a breakthrough camapaign at the Stadion Trudovye Reservy grabbing six goals in all competitions.

The impressive performance of the midfielder has caught the attention of trainer Samson Siasia to hand him a call-up into the Dream Team VI squad ahead of the 2016 Olympic qualifier against Congo next month.
