According to Ahram Online, Bayelsa will receive $210,000 for the services of Ebimobowei, as the African champions look to beef up their squad for the league title race.
Ebimobowei ended the 2013-2014 NPL campaign with 18 goals and was nominated for the Player of the Season in the 2014 League Bloggers Awards.
The 22-year-old was also involved for the Super Eagles in their disappointing Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
