The first leg of the qualifier will be played in Abuja on 26th October, 2013, while the return leg will take place in Freetown on 9th November, 2013.

The match in Abuja will be officiated by the trio of Guinea Bissau nationals; Dayves Ross (Centre Referee), Amancia Diague (Assistant Referee 1) and Gomez Mariza Antonio (Assistant Referee 2).

The Nigerian girls resumed camping at the FIFA Goal Project Centre in Abuja on 7th October, 2013.

Thirty-two players started training with seven expected to make way for five on Sunday 13th October, 2013.

Osas Igbinovia, Asisat Oshoala, Ugo Njoku, Winifred Eyivbhora, Abosede Kayode and Fasilat Adeyemo are the key players expected to pass on their wealth of experience to the team, having been with the side at the 2012 FIFA U20 World Cup.

The players were mainly drawn from the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL).

Head Coach Peter Dedevbo is hopeful of blending the team before the first leg encounter.
