Izuchukwuka's last-gasp strike helps Bylis draw Kukesi

Solomonson Izuchukwuka struck a late equaliser for Bylis Ballsh as they maintained a three-game unbeaten run with a one-all draw against Kukesi.

Lazar Popovic opened the scoring when he chested the ball down and fired a shot into the bottom corner from outside the box in the 90th minute.

Bylis had other ideas, as a teasing pass from James Adeniyi found the lurking Izuchukwuka, who blasted to the top corner of the past.

Kehinde Owoeye was on for 90 minutes in a partnership with Izuchukwuka, while Michael Ebere Ikpe was benched for the entire match duration.

"I thought on the whole it was our most controlled performance of the season in terms of both defence and attacking threat. We fully deserve the draw, James Adeniyi declared.

"You can see what a difference having a fit Solomonson Izuchukwuka makes. That's two goals in three games and I think he worked really, really well with Kehinde Owoeye as a partner.

"Overall, I thought the balance was a little bit better. We were a little bit more focused and there was a little bit more emphasis on working for each other and trying to get that team effort back that we need to have," the palyer who scored against Besa Kavaje said.
